Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and organize daily and weekly sales activities. Servicing, canvassing and development of the clienteles. Responsible for the gathering of information from customers upon receipt of enquiry for the sales review process prior to prepare quotation. Ensure that the quality requirements are within the process capability of the company and resources for implementing the requirements are cost-effective. Review and prepare quotations based on the department’s Minimum Selling Rate or else seek the AGM’s authorization. Responsible for co-coordinating quality requirements between customers and company’s operational departments before activation of a freight transaction. Secure feedback from customers regarding corrective actions. Visit customers to attend to their complaints. Identify and feedback from the market related to quality, which will affect quality requirements.
