Air Import Operation Assistant


Roles and Responsibilities

- Breakbulk of consolidated shipments and segregation between YAS & non-YAS customers.
- Check customer’s GST status and proceed to process inward declaration through Tradenet system.
- Follow-up with customs in GST refund and attending on all TDB queries.
- Ensure all consolidated pouch (Docs) are received timely from our night contractor for breakbulk processing
- Check & ensure to comply requirements as per customer’s service instruction list.
- Ensure all relevant documents are attached to CCP’s and hand-over timely to Traffic controller for delivery planning.
- Submission of CCP’s through electronics means (ACMIS).
- Input all direct and other agent’s consignment data into YASTEM system
- Fax documents for transshipment cargo to Batam’s officer and arrange for collection by our contractor
- Prepared cheque and air warrant requisition form for all charge collect shipment.
- To response to relevant authority queries on operation related matters from customers
- Provide proper housekeeping on all related documents and maintain proper filing records
- Reports and highlight on all unresolved problems to HOD for assistance.
